Life coaching for groups is done as a seminar at your location. Its purpose is to give the organization focus by helping the group find its biblical mission and create a vision statement that will actually work. The group will learn how to draw on the passions of its members to achieve success. The group is encouraged to assign responsibilities to its members to draw on their passions for motivation toward the goals of the whole group.
