Chruch members are guided through the life coaching process as individuals. It is the same as coaching individuals in a group setting except that the individuals are all membrers of a congregation. The advantage is that it is less expensive than individual life coaching and makes group discussion possible. This method in available by telephone with no more than five individuals, or by seminar style when sponsored by a church.
