Individuals within the group are guided through the coaching process individually even though they are in a group setting. This is less expensive than individual life coaching and makes group discussion possible. As each individual works through their own, core values, needs, passions, mission statement, vision statement, goals and plans, it sharpens the perception of each person. The end result is improved.
This method in available by telephone with no more than five individuals, or by seminar style when sponsored by a not-for-profit organization.
