Life coaching for leadership teams is done as a seminar at your location. your location. It is the same as group life coaching except that its focus is on chruch leadershp and the members of the group are the church leaders.
Its purpose is to give the organization focus by helping the leadership find its biblical mission and create a vision statement that will actually work. The group is encouraged to assign responsibilities to its members to draw on their passions for motivation toward the goals of the whole group.
